GK Polaris Discovery købs- og salgsbetingelser

1. Et GK Polaris Discovery abonnement giver dig et års ubegrænset adgang til vores virtuelle Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, CompTIA, ITIL, PRINCE2 og Python kurser, fra den dag du køber abonnementet
2. Et GK Polaris Discovery abonnement er personligt, og kan kun bruges af én person. Det kan ikke videregives til andre personer
3. Du vil blive bedt om at vise id inden kursusstart
4. Bookinger foretages på normalvis, online eller via din kontaktperson hos Global Knowledge – og er afhængig af tilgængelighed
5. Med et GK Polaris Discovery abonnement er det ikke muligt at deltage på to eller flere kurser, der afholdes samtidigt
6. GK Polaris Discovery abonnementet kan ikke kombineres med andre tilbud og rabatordninger
7. Global Knowledge forbeholder sig ret til løbende at tilføje og fjerne kurser fra GK Polaris Discovery abonnementet 
8. Udeblivelse fra kurser anses som en aflysning. Se punkt 12.
9. Alle kurser skal være gennemført inden abonnementsperiodens udløb
10. Abonnementet fornyes automatisk ved udgangen af abonnementsperioden, medmindre en af parterne giver den anden skriftligt varsel om opsigelse mindst 30 dage inden abonnementsperiodens udløbsdato.
11. Fortrydelse af køb skal ske skriftligt:
    a) Ønsker kunden at opsige abonnementet, skal dette ske inden for 7 arbejdsdage efter at have skriftligt accepteret/køb af aftalen. Dette er dog ikke gældende, hvis kunden har deltaget på et kursus inden for de 7 arbejdsdage.
12. Aflysning eller flytning af kursus skal ske skriftligt:
    a) Ønsker kunden, at aflyse eller flytte et kursus, som en del af deres GK Polaris Discovery abonnement, og såfremt dette accepteres af Global Knowledge skriftligt, vil kunden skulle betale de omkostninger, der er forbundet med dette. Fortrydelse af køb, som beskrevet i punkt 11 er ikke gældende her.

Global Knowledges standard købs- og salgsbetingelser er også gældende for GK Polaris Discovery.

 

Polaris Term and Conditions

1. The GK Polaris Discovery Subscription gives you unlimited access to the Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, CompTIA, ITIL, PRINCE2 and Python Virtual Classroom training courses for 12 months from initial order
2. The GK Polaris Discovery subscription is limited to one person (one named individual) and is not transferable
3. Proof of identity will be required before the training course starts
4. Bookings will be made in the usual manner, online or via your account manager and are subject to availability
5. GK Polaris Discovery subscribers may not attend live courses that run concurrently
6. The GK Polaris Discovery subscription may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions or other special pricing agreements
7. Courses may be added to or removed from the GK Polaris subscription during the subscription period
8. Failure to attend a course will be classed as a cancellation and you will be charged a cancellation fee of kr. 3.500,-
9. All courses must be completed prior to the subscription end date
10. This GK Polaris Discovery Subscription will automatically renew at the end of the 12-month period unless either party gives the other written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to the 12 month completion date.
11. Cancellation of agreement must be requested in writing
    a) The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 7 working days of signing without prejudice. There is no right to cancel the agreement if the individual has attended a training course before the 7 working days have passed 
12. Cancellation or postponement of courses must be requested in writing:
    a) If the customer cancels a course within the GK Polaris Discovery subscription or asks for the course to be postponed, and Global Knowledge accepts this request, the client will have to pay the costs associated to the postponement of the course. The time to cancel the agreement as described in point 11 does not apply here
